We kicked off our morning learning more about plant and animal adaptations for survival. In French we reviewed masculine and feminine in addition to describing words. Today we started a new mini-book about our friends. In Math the 6's are exploring area and perimeter using formulas. Ask them what the formula for area is ( length x width).
This afternoon we watched a video on the Great Bear Rainforest and an incredible new project that is allowing Citizen Science to take place in remote and extreme environments. We worked with our buddies again today helping them make tissue paper stained glass butterflies.
